Patriot Armament accepts transfers from individuals and other FFL dealers. Pricing is listed below. Please have the sender contact us via either email or phone. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Transfers:
$40 for the first item
$20 for each additional item
$10 for background check (Valid TX LTC holders do not need a Background check)
$10 discount for military/law enforcement/veterans
By shipping or transferring a firearm to Patriot Armament for transfer services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
• A valid government-issued photo ID and all required documentation must be provided before any firearm transfer can be completed.
• All firearm transfers are subject to federal, state, and local laws, including successful completion of any required background checks.
• Transfer fees are due at the time of pickup and are non-refundable once the firearm has been received by Patriot Armament.
• Customers will be notified when their firearm arrives and is ready for transfer using the contact information provided by the sender or customer.
• Firearms must be picked up within 30 days of customer notification unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing by Patriot Armament.
• Firearms not picked up within 30 days will be subject to storage fees of $5 per day.
• Firearms remaining unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned property. Patriot Armament reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to return the firearm to the sending FFL, transfer the firearm for resale, or otherwise dispose of the firearm in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
• Any shipping, handling, or administrative costs associated with returned or abandoned firearms are the responsibility of the customer.
• Patriot Armament reserves the right to refuse any transfer at its sole discretion if the transfer appears unlawful, suspicious, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with company policy or federal regulations.
• Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Patriot Armament prior to having any firearm shipped to ensure proper processing and identification upon arrival.
By using Patriot Armament’s transfer services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
